
VICTOR V. HOGAN, II
Victor V. Hogan, II is an award winning director and an Emmy Award–winning producer/editor with more than three decades of experience across television, streaming, and independent film. Born Victor Vicente Hogan, II in New York to Panamanian immigrant parents and raised in South Queens, he later relocated to Atlanta, where he has led creative projects for major networks and platforms. His producing and editing work on the 2004 documentary "The New Face of Homelessness" earned him an Emmy.
As Chief Creative Officer and co-founder of Atlanta-based QVH Media, Hogan drives the studio’s creative vision while also owning and operating Sacri Monti Films. He is known for his commitment to quality storytelling, visual excellence, and fostering innovation in film production.
